Hunters know anything is possible during the first week of gun season. The rut is in full-swing and the hunters are pushing deer more than any other stage of season.

While scent is still a factor, the chances of bagging a trophy buck during this time are significantly better for most hunters.

Each hunter is responsible for securing his or her own hunting license prior to leaving for the woods. You will be required to show your license before your hunt.
